Sharon Bruton

Very disappointing. Too many plot lines having nothing to do with the Dutton ranch. Jacob and Cara Dutton are pronounced the "patriarch & matriarch" of the family and by extension, the ranch. However, they are the present John Dutton's great aunt and uncle. Jacob's nephew, John Dutton Sr is JD's grandfather and oldest son of James Dutton (Tim McGraw). And he is given a backseat to Jacob. But you don't know all of this unless you research the mythical Dutton family tree. Of all of the Sheridan shows, this is the one that misses the mark.

My husband and I very much enjoy watching F&F every morning. What I don't understand is, why is Brian Kilmeade part of the ensemble. It is so clear that he dislikes Steve Doocy. He won't make eye contact with his co-hosts. Whenever Steve or Ainsley are talking, Mr Kilmeade is staring at the monitor, reading his notes or on his computer. I'm sure he very good at what he does, but he clearly is not a team player. He is an uncomfortable distraction during show.

I loved the movies. I admire and respect Queen Latifa. I enjoyed the series. UNTIL...Hollywood decided to make it political. First, in Sea 2, epi 4, when a cast member lamented about the inequality of bail. I would like to see one example of a "rich" person and a "poor" person being charged with THE EXACT CRIME, where the rich person was able to post bail. The 2nd incident occurred in sea 2, epi 5, where the aunt did not press charges on a white female because, SHE DID NOT WANT TO WEAPONIZE POLICE. Make believe should be the one constant where we can escape the madness of politics. I guess you just lost a loyal viewer. Not that it matters. How sad.

I got hooked on this show in season 1. However, season 2 doesn't feel like the same show. Too much over acting from all the villains. I watched episode 1, but quit watching episode 2, halfway through. I don't know what happened to the writers, but so many adversaries so soon in the season seems rushed. Unfortunate.

I so hope that another network, that does not share ABC's shortsightedness, picks up this amazing series. This country is in desperate need of a hero for the underdog. And right now, the citizens of this great country ARE the underdog. This is on my list of favorites, second only to Yellowstone. Shame on you ABC, for caving.

I think it would be a mistake to hook Danny up with Biaz. It would just be piggybacking off of Jamie and Eddy. I'd like to see Danny hook up with the pyschic. Their different personalities and spiritual beliefs would be interesting to watch. Just sayin'.

I am totally addicted to this series and have a serious crush on Rip. The characters are outstanding with one exception. Monica. I'm not sure if it's the choice of the actress that portrays her or the directors, but instead of conducting herself as an activist for the American Indian, she comes across as a self-righteous, spoiled, entitled brat. I tend to divert my attention during scenes involving Monica.
