The plot is suspect. Action is good. All the facts that the FBI presented smells of setup. All the intricate strategy and tactics and the suspect (Banning) is stupid enough to leave the obvious evidence behind? And stupid enough to be the guy with his finger on the trigger? That doesn’t happen in real life. 🤔
