How do you make a C grade adaptation so terrible with that much money.

Premise is very interesting. Cinematography is great. Location is amazingly dramatic and visually spectacular. That's about all the positive thing I have to say about this show. It's so frustratingly slow, and the characters are terribly bland . The entire series could have been wrapped up on one 20 minute episode. So many useless filler scenes it's angering. I wish it was better. I wanted to like it.. Only watch if you are majorly high, it's the only was I can suggest to sit through this and not get angry at the monotony and ridiculousness of the characters.
