Spring Haughton

This movie is absolutely hilarious. And good to watch during an election year. I’m watching for the first time cause I was searching for other Billy Bob Thornton movies where he plays versions of his Bad Santa and now Landman characters. And such a great cast including Kathy Bates, John Travolta and Emma Thompson amongst others.

This was lyrically beautiful. I loved the 2 of them together.

I’m really trying to like this, trying very hard. It’s the sort of humor that i dont particularly like and dont seem to care about any of the characters. It took me 3 or 4 tried to get through the 3rd episode. I keep hoping for more from CArol Burnett and maybe that will come in episode 4. But i dont think I’ll stay around to watch. And i think i really dont get Kristen Wiig. Her character made me cringe in Bridesmaids, and the same is true with this character. And not a good cringe.

just watched this movie. it was soooo lovely.

Many of us were alive in the time before the ADA. This film tells what for me was the unknown story of the road to the ADA. Very moving. Very enlightening. Especially the footage in the camp. Things so many of us take for granted - independent living. And the connection to the Black PAnthers. Wow. Thank you.

Happened upon this. Know noting about the source material but i think i picked up easily. Really enjoyed the story and tensions and historical references. Feels like a setup for a more interesting sequel. Bring it on.

I almost skipped this because it's set in a HS which usually doesnt interest me at all. But I thought I'd watch the pilot and I was hooked from the beginning. Glad theyve graduated and cant wait to see them take on NYC. And oh my all the great actresses including Bette Midler?!?!? Yippee.
