I was disappointed. I love Lost in Translation (its timeless). Marlon Wayan's acting was flat. I feel that Bill Murray's character should have been at least partially correct in the end. My least favorite part was small but significant. It was so sweet when Dad gave Laura his watch for her birthday. I thought it was terrible that Dean gave her a watch,as well,in the end. The worst part about it was that she took off her dad's watch, for the new one. Dean should have gotten her a different jewelry gift- a bangle bracelet, perhaps ; )
