Smaller than S.D., where 10 yrs ago you could rent 2 bdrm 1400sq ft 1600., that same house is 2500.00 now. We got priced out due to a work injury, keeping me from working. While my husband makes a decent wage. We moved back east to save money, yet due to my meds, and Ins can't get a doctor to treat me, so we have to go back , we can't find a decent place to live for us and our cats, will be forced to aanother area, unless we get help. A 900sq ft place is 1800.00
