The first genius show was Einstein, then Picasso and now Aretha?? Give me a break, where does she qualify and match up to the two previous genius’. What about George Gershwin,Sinatra Balanchine, Philip Glass, Arturo Toscanini? The list can go on and on before you get to Aretha. Courtney Vance is great in an award winning role.

Ridiculous middle section with Monae going out to dinner with two other women. The concept for the movie is great but could have been a much better movie.
