Every Canadian and quebecois should see this - teach it in schools! It’s a really immersive film about coming to maturity and the struggle to find out who you are - during a crisis. So glad I saw it.

Pheiffer is hypnotic - her face, her hair, her voice and gestures, wow, but the story is so weird - I kept thinking I must be missing something, I mean, what was the point? If it was about loss and death and the meaninglessness of life, and I think it was, why was her son, the other leading character, such a cipher, and why did Imogene Poots even want him? And then gathering in a bunch of strange characters including a seance with the cat. Actually the interaction with the cat engendered the most emotion from Pheiffer, and it was OFF SCREEN! It was a very odd film.

Great message. Makes logical sense and argument for no-till farming: sequestering carbon and so creating food and diversity - and demonstrated by actual farmers. Very exciting.
