It is beautifully shot, extremely well cast, with Mozart's music and the phenomenal location shooting as additional characters.

In retrospect, it is even more frightening than it was when I saw it in 1975. It is well written, well cast, well shot. Watch and freak out along with the rest of us. Plausible? Who knows, but it is certainly chilling. It brings up a quotations, "I love my country but fear my government."

This is one of the films that seems to be a faithful adaptation to the novel. It is well cast, especially Octavia Spencer and Viola Davis, among the many.
