Great cast and I thought it was going in a better direction. I felt like the intentions of both the filmmaker and viewer are good in the beginning; it seems like the film is trying to be an indie darkish love story (think Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless meets 500 days of Summer) but the story falls flat. I mean, I laughed a few times but mostly just cringed at Adam’s character. Let me be real, we’ve all been in Adams shoes but I found him very unrelatable at the same time (if that makes sense)
It is very sad though. And I guess the one good thing I would say about it is that it does capture the sadness and fog of losing someone but it just wasn’t executed as well as it should have been. I ended up hating Adam at the end for being a whiny baby lol.
