What a film it was! A completely mindblowing piece of work. The story is quite engaging. The way this film addresses the issues about underprivileged children and the education system is sure to grab your attention. Hrithik's performance as Anand Kumar stands out. He carries the film on his capable (Kaabil) shoulders. The way he talks, his Bihari accent, his mannerisms; everything was freaking PERFECT. He's an actor par excellence and proves it yet again. The direction was amazing. Vikas Bahl has handled the film magnificently. The way he's combined Humour, Drama in this Biopic is commendable. All the actors did amazing work. Pankaj Tripathi's screen presence is magnetic. Mrunal was beautiful. All the child artistes pulled off good performances. BGM is intriguing. All I can say is it's a MUST WATCH FILM! It will surely inspire you, motivate you, make you smile, make you cry. If not BEST, it's easily among the BEST FILMS of 2019! 🙏🏻

This one absolutely deserves a 5-star rating. Such a satisfying experience! Gully Boy is easily among the BEST BOLLYWOOD FILMS of this decade. A powerful script backed by energetic music, powerful dialogues, strong performances and Zoya's brilliant direction. The star cast is absolutely terrific. Many shined throughout the film. Ranveer is at his peak, Alia is just fantastic, Vijay Raaz is awesome. But, definitely, Siddhant Chaturvedi as MC Sher and Vijay Varma as Moeen stand out. They've managed to shine throughout the film despite Ranveer's magnificent performance. Songs are amazing, lyrics are powerful. Apna Time Aayega and Asli Hip Hop have a separate fanbase. Regret watching it so late. But such an enriching experience it was!
