Worst airline ever they canceled our flight after waiting 4 hrs at the gate won’t ever fly with them again

Worst madden ever. I have it for Xbox series x. When play online it’s a 75% chance the game gonna load up without one of team players on the field. So in turn there only one team that’s loads up on the field which in turn force you to quit the game and try your luck again hoping both team will load up on field eventually on the next game
