Huge potential, but very unfinished.

Game effectively stolen from me after a year of ownership. There's an issue where the key on the disc isn't recognized so you can't play multiplayer. This issue has been around for several months. Reinstalling, resetting, all the typical stuff doesn't work. Talking to support results in a reference number and "we'll let you know when we figure out what's wrong". Given the duration this issue has existed and buggy state of Warzone (even with Wz getting more attention since it makes more money), there is little to no hope of a resolution. RIP campaign and multiplayer...
