What a beautiful film .I have that feeling its the side of Japan they were not keen the west should be aware of.the image usually associated japan is of order and spotless homes not messy and a bit grimly.it was very refreshing and superbly acted by all and was very touching and real.a comparison would be how Americans see England Britain can be portrayed the same way I have previously seen Japan all chocolate boxy not real so it was refreshing to see Japan looking real

I've watched 2 episodes and I'm not to sure.i like Toby Stevens but have come to find Timothy spall unbearable since he lost all that weight he has aged badly a nd is now very creepy .a dickens drama beckons.i liked Mr spall as Turner.as for this drama it doesn't really get going

As a great admire of virtually everything Steve cougar has done on tv stretching back what is now decades and knowing how much he loves the character who is Alan partridge so picking holes in him is a pick on Steve himself but the character is nothing without a descent script well all I can say is what's happened this series is atrocious. The co writers don't know what made Alan tick and sadly Steve doesn't know him either anymore the series badly needs Amandao ianuchi to wave his magic wand because its a car crash ofa programme. No disrespect to woman writers but did any of them contribute because it gives me the impression they were involved with the writing or did the writeither way ers of the mash report have a go too
