This is based on my biased experience as a child who grew up with this series, but the combination of cool, slick costumes, a muscular 1980's synth-driven theme song, a family-oriented storyline that balances drama and comedic moments, awesomely-designed giant robots, and a good-looking main cast just makes Choudenshi Bioman the first to have all the ideal elements of a great and entertaining super sentai show.
