Steve (Terrell Ransom, Jr.) presented such a sympathetic figure that my eyes watered many times throughout the movie. The characters were so well depicted, that I had to keep reminding myself that it was only a movie. It roused up so much emotion in me. I hate seeing people mistreated, especially children; so this movie was particularly hard to watch. Imagine my horror upon finding out it was based on a true story! Steve is a fine young man, and has a bright future ahead of him. I wish him much success. Black man working!
