We’ve been fans of the Tuttle Twins series for years. My first introduction to them was an ad on FB that was highlighting negative reviews with correct key points of the books retorting them, it was funny and catchy. After viewing the website from that ad, I was hooked. I wanted my kids to be taught something in the same way. History books today in school are completely one sided, these give kids a fighting chance to learn about ideas and then chose for themselves what they want to believe. Whether your left, right, up, down, blue, red… it doesn’t matter. Truly the bottom line to a successful society is have compassion for everyone, whether they are politically opposite from you or not shouldn’t even be a factor but today it is. I’m not going to place blame on which side started it, but we are all taking part in it. These books will help families come together and discuss something, without condemnation.
