This show ruined all other ghost hunting shows to me, because the combination of research and mediumship is perfect, and they actually come up with real answers for the clients. As for those who rant about them not solving the cases as in not getting rid of the entities, is like ranting about a doctor who diagnoses cancer because they didn't cure it in the same appointment.
