Zelda Fogle – Google

After having read the book for my African-American literature class, I was so excited to see the movie available on Netflix. For those saying that the movie has some unexplained details, I would highly recommend reading the book because even the book has many unexplained/“read between the lines” details to it. The movie is very similar to the book and I think that they’ve done a great job with this adaption. You have to watch the movie like you’re reading a piece of literature—look for the subtle, unspoken details and try to decipher their deeper meaning. I think this will help viewers gain a deeper appreciation for the film.

Literally the greatest show ever. I don't know what to do with myself now that it's over. You get so attached to the characters and I think the show only gets better as the seasons go on, which is so rare for longer t.v. series. The show is funny, dramatic, romantic, intriguing, encaptivating, and has a tall, dark, and handsome dreamy Englishman as the main character?? What more could you ask for??

This is such a refreshing take on the popular superhero trend. The show really emphasizes the family dynamic between each of the characters, and also focuses on their character growth. The playlist is also amazing, which is a huge plus! There are moments of laughter and sadness, but overall the show is extremely entertaining and enjoyable. You'll constantly be on your toes and stay intrigued. Love this show so much!!
