Why oh why does everything have to be in the dark! I’m sorry to say I am a Philistine and found this movie utterly dull and boring. I admit to falling asleep but I woke up and missed nothing. As bad as that dog thing that was nominated for an Oscar last year. My wife liked it!

Very sensitively portrayal of a horrible time for gay people. An extremely good movie.

Can’t get past the first 5 minutes- drivel as far as I can see.

If this is supposed to be as good as Ozark then there are some seriously stupid critics around. This is typical American “drama” that is absolute piffle! Everyone is beautiful and clean, the dialogue is super cutesy and it bears no resemblance to the excellent movie.Just another run of the mill lawyer show with absolutely nothing going for it. Skip it.

It does not deserve the bad reviews. Slow for about 10 mins then definitely worth watching.

This is extremely disappointing. After all the publicity we were expecting a great movie. What we got was 2 hours of pretentious nonsense with artsy fartsy photography. Where was the intense cruelty? Just a grumpy man. Really no story to speak of, nothing really explained and an abrupt ending. Not worth your two hours.

Absolute drivel! We could only watch maybe 10 minutes of it.

Why does it have to be in the dark? Does nothing for an already slow and boring movie. I slept through about half an hour and missed nothing. Trying to be way too clever ends up being awful.

Utter drivel - not a chuckle or even a snigger in the whole thing. Dreadful!
