Good Lord have mercy! The first episode was great, as someone who's witnessed the industry, it has the pace and heart of it. The action and actors were great. The next two episodes were horrible! The way women are portrayed, the vapid, needy language, the entitlement. Just freaking awful. I wanted to slap the director and the mother and daughter actors for taking those parts on with those conditions. Seriously! If they drop that shite and focus on the dangerous work these rig workers do, the politics and the good and the bad of the industry it would be brilliant. At this point though, I'm so utterly nauseated by the show, nothing could make me watch it. Note: Many women have been raped for less, so this whole trashy-provocative thing they're doing is not "woke" it's sick! P. s... Did the Mexican guys blow up themselves to get out the show? I wonder? 🤔

I am loving this show. Sharon D Clark is phenomenal! Strong, no nonsense, almost a Mona Lisa way about her. I love how she is delivering this character, steady and smooth. What I love too, about this show, is the old school feel. Great filming with nice clean footage, lovely. Has a Midsomer Murder feel. I love the pace, the way the story unfolds just as it should. It is the perfect cosy-winter-series to watch. Love it, love it❤️! I can watch this and forget all the horrors of American politics for a whole season. Thank you.

Another fantastic Canadian tv show! I love it, it's diverse, well thought out, inclusive and most importantly honest about racism. I love the constant juxtaposition of a privileged life and the life of a new immigrant or refugee in Canada. Fantastic sets, incredible acting, I mean every actor in the show, the main cast and all the other players, every one has acting chops! Realistic, honest, well paced, heartwarming, beautiful. I love Canadian shows.

This guy was and is a privileged prick. His angst and trials and tribulations are so miniscule compared to the reality of billions. He was blessed with everything imaginable because he is a little white boy with a couple of hits (gotta admit Angel is a fantastic song). It is sad that such opportunities to be an amazing human goes to waste when a person has everything and still finds reasons to suffer self pity.? Seriously man, do something good for human kind instead of just taking.

Watched season 1 and two up to episode 5, could not bear to waste anymore time on this terrible show! I really wanted to like it, but the character is just a bit too much...tortured, manipulative, sexual, booze guzzling and the dragged out scenes of him being morose while ruining some good jazz! Plus the incessant smoking, just too much. Sidney's character is an awful person, lies way too much. I love Geordi's character and I absolutely love the way the women are written, for the times and for their strength. Wish I could have just rated the show for the women! It would have been a 5 star:-)

Mildly entertaining at best. Humphrey's character is lackluster, compared to the spirited detective in Death in Paradise. I know he can act, I love him in My Family. Is it the writing, the setting, what? Are they going for the country plod thing in the whole unit? And Humphrey's fiance character is sadly sad. No acting in sight in this show except DS Williams, she is fantastic and seems to be the only one carrying this show. Please write a better show! There is potential here.
