This is a wonderful classic Christmas movie. It's heartwarming and has many messages in it. Yes it's Christian because that's what Christmas is about. The kids in this movie were excellent actors. It's a funny movie with emotional parts in it. The love shown and the understanding that comes from understanding differences in people is loud and clear in this movie. It's a movie about hope and how anyone can make a difference in another's life. Merry Christmas. It's on my list of great Christmas movies. I highly recommend it.

Iv heard all about Wicked for years. I've never seen the play but wanted to. So came the movie. I figured it's hype as usual. Not at all. I saw the movie last night. It's fabulous. The dancing singing and movie theme and explanation about the Wicked Witch of the West was great and endearing. The talent in this movie is unstoppable. If you're a Wizard of Oz fan don't miss this. I'm not into spoilers here so give it a try. You won't be disappointed and when I get a chance to see the play well I'll be there.

I watched this movie for the first time. What a great mafia suspense film. It's definitely worth the watch. The twists and turns in this movie are great and of course the acting excellent.

This movie is a classic. The acting is excellent along with the direction of Scorsese who knows New York City well in the 19th Century as well as the present time. A film of unrequited love and manipulation of family protocol as well as settling for the norm. The period of time is duplicated by scenery and clothing not only behavior of high society. I thought are these people any different than people today? I highly recommend this movie for people who like history and even New York City in the early days. It's definitely not an action film. It's an intelligent film and requires thinking on the audiences' part.

Sean Penn and Dakota should win awards for this one. It takes great actors to star in a movie with 2 people in a taxi. The messages in the film are brilliant honest straight forward about life, people, mistakes and survival. It shows intimacy in connection between two strangers which we don't see much in movies. If you want action criminal murder mysteries, this isn't your movie. It's dialog and pretty intense but very revealing. Women I suggest seeing this movie if you're dating. It shows a lot of facts about men and women and what to watch out for. I highly recommend it. I loved this film.

I was looking for a movie this evening. I found this one. It has a lot in it. Religion, Amish, family dysfunction, some shallow people trying to find themselves from drug use missing a lot in life. They threw in a friendship and what it means to actually be one through changes of life with the friendship relationship. Some sex was in the movie which I thought wasn't really necessary in parts but let's face it, sex sells. The most important part I think was mental illness and the awareness it gives the public of the struggles with bipolar and how the drugs for that disorder if prescribed correctly and taken correctly can change ones life for the better for that difficult, challenging disorder. The ending was left open for the audience to decide how it ends. I would have liked to see some closure for sure. I really liked the depth of the movie. Some people won't understand this movie, some will. I recommend it.

It's about loyalty. It's about friendship. It's about aging and with Al Pacino in it, it's a masterpiece. A lot of the time I don't listen to the critics on movies and I'm happy I didn't miss this one because of critics negative comments. It's a deep emotional movie with some fun in it. If you like gangster movies and Pacino, you'll like this one.

I remember when this movie came out years ago. I missed it then and just watched it on streaming. I laughed so hard. I love rock and roll and definitely was there for the 80s seeing the real performers in concert at the time that the cast replicated. Seeing Tom Cruise as a Rock Star was the best. Catherine Zeta-Jones sang and danced as well. Now that was a first time I saw that. Alec Baldwin as an 80s bar owner was hilarious. It's definitely a movie you don't take seriously. I recommend it. Warning, it's not a squeaky clean movie. A lot of skin etc

Anyone that likes Hitchcock films will love this film. The acting is excellent by all and the twists and turns with intensity keep you on the edge of your seat. The flashbacks of the 1940s are great. It has romance as well. The music is fabulous. I've seen this movie over the years a few times and love it every time. Highly recommended.

If you're an Adam Driver fan, it's a must to see this movie. Adam Driver did this film I'm sure to try different types of movies. His acting is excellent in this film. The movie isn't an action film but there is action. If you like dinosaurs, you'll enjoy this. I don't base my film choices on reviews luckily or I would have missed this. It's not a movie that drags on for hours either. I really liked the movie.
