This was a larger than life yet a very grounded film. I felt so warm and overwhelmed when the little Sable goes to Amalner (my Karmabhoomi) and also meets Pujya Sane Guruji. I was moved when Bhanumati leaves Krishnarao - it was painful, and also when Malati pawns her gold bangles. What a beautiful movie. It has a repeat value especially for the Jai Jai Maharashtra Mazha....
