I was disappointed. This was an opportunity to teach some real life lessons. Instead I felt the story was bent on captivating it’s audience using violence along with absolute nonrealistic life situations. The young lion disobeys at every turn and cowardly runs from his pride. Later in life when someone discovers him (in his loafing life) he is able to assume his original role and “get the girl” with the merest effort. He is welcomed back as a hero. This is not a good lesson to absorb in my opinion.
