Leadership and burden of truth - whom does that burden affect more - the leader Or the led? Many of us want to become leaders FOR different reasons, some of us just find ourselves there, but for whatever reason we take that position, the BURDEN of TRUTH lies in the responsibility of any and all actions we take esp as pertains to the effects on those we lead and depend on our decisions - the BURDEN of TRUTH is upon us however heavy or light it is. If you find yourself rationalizing, ask yourself WHY. In "WAR" is when true leaders emerge, the true SOLDIER. In Anything that comes at ya, you are the true SOLDIER in that moment - you can, you will, you ARE. I only need to focus to make the best decision despite the pressure of performance criticism by forever insatiable characters.
