It's not NCIS its Hawaii 5-0 with McGarret as a woman. Characters seem to be mirrors of NCIS New Orleans. Character development is rushed. Lachy's character is stiff and needs to throw her rank around. The helicopter scene was too much. Her character isn't that important. The "kissing scene" unnecessary. That story line could have , should have taken some time to develop. All the characters came been seen and named in other NCIS/Hawaii 5-0 shows. Review the original NCIS from the beginning and learn from it. Hawaii is a great location for the show and should highlight the islands beauty.
