Wow! What an awesome game! I’m actually not a huge Metroid fan, in fact this was the first Metroid game I’ve completed. I’ve tried the other games and they just didn’t do it for me. But after playing the demo of Dread I went ahead and purchased the full game and haven’t looked back. The controls are very intuitive and when you beat a Boss there is definitely a sense of accomplishment. Don’t expect to waltz in and destroy bosses the first time, some I had to try upwards of 10 times. But it just made the game more enjoyable. If you liked Dead Cells, I think you’ll love this game as well. The combat is very fast and smooth. Just give it a try with the demo and I promise you’ll love it.
