One of the most amazing movies i have ever seen. I can come up with many more adjectives to describe it but all that I can see is that people should watch it. A note to the writer- 1)This family is Tamil because he calls his parents Amma and Appa and Pondicherry (puducherri) is largely occupied by Tamilians. Their last name can't be Patel. Patel is a Gujrati name. 2) 'Napuda' is not a hindi word. It's probably Tamil. 3) I have never heard the name 'Adita'. Aditi and Aditya are names though. Not sure why the cast didn't point this out. Most of them are Indian. But do watch this movie. You won't be sorry.

Vulgar and illogical. Emerald Fennel's last directorial, A promising young woman, was so good that I expected her to do just as well this time. This one is certainly quite disappointing. I think they were trying to make a statement on class difference and greed like 'Parasite,' but the loopholes in the plot and the over-the-top sequences took the focus off the central theme. While Parasite had one irrelevant sequence, this one had many, but while Parasite repeatedly reminded the audience what its point was, Saltburn lost track.

Excellent film which is inspiring but not preachy.

A sweet well-written film with an important message. Was good to have this as a watchable alternative to action dramas! Vicky Kaushal is charming as always and Manushi has played her small part well! The editing and direction could have been better and more interesting situations and events could have been added to the story!

A film about doing the right thing and keeping your faith in the Lord. Mr. Kapoor acted well in this one too. In fact, Vimi acted well too...I don't know why she was considered a bad actress.

They should have given Shanta at least 10 lac rupees. What is the difference between the 2nd runner-up and the 1st runner-up if you award them the same amount? The channel made so much money at the cost of their hard work! Couldn't they shell out a few more lacs? And if they couldn't, then why bother declaring the runners-up? Simply declare the name of the winner! #cheapsonytv

Interesting film. Boy's expressions in dramatic scenes are below the mark and the girl as usual does not have much of a role.

Went down 3 months after release in the same "pati patni aur woh" style as many Indian serials before it!

Emily doesn't behave like an American!

I haven't seen the film in a cinema hall but definitely will- looking at the no. of idiots who have given it a rating of 1 for reasons that have nothing to do with the film, I think I should contribute to its collections as a liberal citizen of a fair society. PS: Will update this rating when I do watch the film and the rating will be purely based on the quality and entertainment value of the film. Update on Aug 24- Lovely, beautiful film. Will make you feel good like Barfi did!
