10/10 would watch 100 time over again. Young Royals was almost like nothing Netflix had produced before. The lighting, the camera, the sound quality, just spectacular. The casting of it was also well done, Edvin Ryding(Wilhelm) and Omar Rudberg(Simon) we’re the perfect picks for their roles. They really represented their characters emotions and feelings very well. The twos acting had me at the edge of my seat the whole time. The plot of the show was phenomenal as well. It really pulled me into the show with a prince trying to figure out his sexuality while also struggling with the fact that he is royalty, and how he needs to think about the crown but also what makes him happy. Also the fact that the love interest is a boy who isn’t in the blue hierarchy and already knows who he is ( sexuality wise ). I just love this show with my whole heart and soul and how the two boys relationship plays out with only six episodes. This show is 100% on my top five list for favorite shows, and number one for show with LGBTQ+ representatives(trust me, I’ve watched lots of those). If Netflix were to bring a season two to Young Royals I would definitely be on top of that right away.
