I've read the book alot of times, so many I couldn't count. I expect a movie to differ in some ways to the book 100% but the book and the movie could almost be 2 separate things in this case. Important conversations missed, rushed ending to the 1st story line. Rushed start. It was like they spent their whole budget on Eric bana and had nothing left for the rest of the cast... the book was great ill read it again but the movie interpretation leave much to be desired in my opinion, and its not big things its little things that could have been done right they chose not to... dissapointing
