I had been eagerly anticipating Vwars & began the first episode day of release. I gave the show 3 episodes before I wrote it off. Initially I watched the first two. A day later I thought I’d try again with ep3. I just can’t. There is so much wrong with this show. The storyline is cliche. I don’t think they got the right actors for the parts. I do like Ian I don’t believe him as a good guy/scientist/over the top Dad character. Nor do I buy his bestie Mike as the vampire killer. Having his current wife play his ex wife on the show was just awkward to watch. The special effects are terrible. There are a ton of other vampire shows/movies they could have borrowed from that didn’t look so terrible with the teeth effects. This just looks like something from the 1980’s. Production quality just isn’t there. Story wise they didn’t make me feel invested in the characters or what is happening.
