At least the agents aren’t just out of high school and supposedly got twenty years of experience even though they are only 25 and insisting on wearing Armani suits to work. BUT the one thing that I find distracting why is Jess laCroix is older than his father and where does he get told he has to orange up and paint his hair and eyebrows clown black before he goes to work? Someone please tell Julian McMahon it is ridiculous , it is Ok to be older and experienced. As in all programmes like this, it is very neat and alls well that ends well; very tidy and - despite the speed they arrive thousands of miles away - with zero time difference - it still has some interesting themes. It is easy watching, mentions some controversial areas, fairly superficial but OK for late night viewing .

I find the main character, Alice, self indulgent, self absorbed and a throwback from the 50’s . Her man is everything, she has no friends, no job, no idea about the home, the business, their finances - what the heck did she do all day? She hasn’t remotely comprehended her daughter is grieving and fails miserably to be a parent, allowing her daughter to be the adult looking after her, not the other way round. It’s all about her, his parents have lost their son - brushed it one side, everyone in the bereavement group has suffered loss - not important and no comprehension that she was inappropriate and rude. Of course she is grieving, but she is not the only one. I’ve stuck with it ( been watching it on hub) for everyone else and am curious about other secrets but I can’t stop wanting to shakenAlice until her teeth rattle.
