I want to thank Joshua Inglis for writing a great little book. I read the book right before I started to contact and meet with realtors. The book provided me with a sound framework and it helped me choose the right realtor for me because I knew what questions to ask. I followed Mr. Inglis' advice on staging and cleaning too. With the help of this book, I chose a great realtor, priced my house competitively, decluttered, cleaned, staged and had professional photos taken. My condo was listed on a Thursday evening and by Sunday I had multiple offers one at full price! The contract was signed on Monday! 15 Reasons gave me the concrete no-nonsense information that I needed to sell my condo. It was hard work to get it ready to show but it certainly was worth it. You may not sell as quickly as I did but you just might! The information in this book isn't rocket science. It's clear, concise and spot on.
