Wendy Syme

This is a great book, easy to read - well written and interesting. Could really be classified as periodic as well as historical or historical fiction. The writing style flows easily, keeps you interested without too much difficulty and without the use of highly descriptive diatribe. The authors' depiction of the feelings of characters George, Sean and Jim for example were relative and relatable. As an Australian, it is so good to read about a time in history that is rarely written about in our country. To me it speaks from the heart and this alone makes it a very good read. I would sincerely like to see more from this author as I have become a big fan.
