10/5! i've watched this movie for like 10 times now. i love penny's personality and josephine's smartness (and not to mention she looks extremely gorgeous throughout the movie). i really love the acting (i didn't think that rebel and anne could make a nice and fun movie together) and the plot of the story is great too. i absolutely recommend this and i would love to see a wilson-hathaway movie again.
