3.5-4 stars. Above average game but has its issues and slowdowns in pacing. Definitely more fun in coop but a good time in singleplayer as well :). Worth anything under $20, especially with dlc.

Super smash bros ultimate is literally the ultimate game of the series lol. if you like this series in the past then you like this game, period. For example the last Nintendo console I had was n64 and last smash I played was the first one, this game has the same 8 starting roster as that one and every single stage and item from that game in it as well, plus about 95x the content from what I imagine the other games had too. Its literally the entire series from the pasts roster and map/modes, with even more added in and a lot of new features. If you liked the other ones in this series you will like this game, it’s as simple as that :) very worth the $49.99 price tag for me, while I mainly play more competitive fighters like SF and MK11 it’s nice to have a fighting game I can just kick in and not have to practice for an hour, jump into a casual lobby with 4-8 others and just have fun for an hour or so :) hope you all enjoy the game as much as I am.
