Went to a Atlanta segment yesterday 1-7pm we get outside getting our things that were checked in by security two pairs of iPhone AirPods ($400 value) and they were stolen!!! We check our AirPods in and received a number ticket. The security instructions were to check them in and after the show turn in the number and receive our merchandise. Security’s stating that even tho we checked our stuff in as instructed and received a ticket, they will not be held responsible !!! We love this show but would never think security will steal or allow personal items that were checked in by security to be stolen then say O Well!!! As debating on and stating no waiver or disclosed was given stating that. We were then given a bogus email address stating it would be taken care of. Still absolutely nothing. Unfortunately we will have to escalate the issue legally. I expected so much more from this production especially with it being host at Tyler Perry Studios. Very disappointing we love this show but to be treated with such disregard was very unprofessional and a bad rapport.
