This book was an excellent guide into the scary world of owning a house and having a mortgage. Sean's clear and easy-to-follow steps are valuable not only to those who are new to home ownership but also to those more "experienced" that could use a refresher. He tries to help the reader find the best way that works for that individual without pushing his own agenda as he understands that different people will have different circumstances. I highly recommend this book.
