I enjoyed this show, up to a point. I already suspected it would not be a faithful adaptation when I saw the cast! The problem, as I see it, is that you need to have an idea of the characters before you start watching, then you find those characters 'out of character'! Cheery is a dwarf, small, bullet headed with an iron helmet and a beard! Sybil is an aristocrat not a vigilante Vetenari.......!
