The series is relatively faithful to the actual historical facts. Most of the cast has been well assembled and the acting is quite good. However, as we continue to see this incredibly stupid DEI trend, the producer had to create a completely fictitious character (Odette Caillot) to include a racialized actor. This approach to modern production has become so out of control ideologically that I wont recommend this series.
