Awesome book in my opinion (of course). Check it out if you have a chance.
Overall, I like the world that Thom and his bird inhabit. I like the somewhat Lovecraftian world that they inhabit as well.
I could empathize with Thom and I really wanted more of the world of the Judicars exposed, but unfortunately we are limited in our views of it.
Either way, I still recommend reading the adventures of Thom and the prequel if you like this story.
