What use is it when you give comparisons of now verses several years ago? Like today California spending is down compared to 2019. What about all the years between till now? This did not prove CA Governor is wrong. You want to compare now verse a certain year, then be truthful and do the right thing and show all the years! Stop being afraid to show ALL the truth.
