Terrible, The cases are really interesting but the way they are investigating them is very disrespectful to the familes, there is no need for the fake phone calls to camera and the put on suspense. Give the audience some credit we can see through all the un-required added drama it's just not needed. It would be better just as a investigation without the cheesy chilling music and the acting presenters..
