Unseen People is about learning to see, engage and love the marginalized both near and far. This book is beautifully written and draws me in from page one. I'm especially excited to read again with my small group using the study guide.
The author shares her personal stories while providing biblical and practical insights. She broadened my perspective and motivated me to be more intentional. The chapters are easy to read and peppered with her charming humor. I'll let you chose your favorite, but I was captivated at the introduction "—it is not always comfortable to see what has been hidden in plain sight from your view. Corrected vision promises both pain and beauty to unfocused eyes. Trust me. The view is worth the wait."
