The game’s design is really impressive from a theoretical perspective, but the fact is the game is NOT FUN. Even on “relaxed” mode, it’s incredibly difficult. The limited number of restarts sucks, and restricting races to only certain tiers of performance sucks. As soon as your car is fast enough to get first place is anything, you’re not eligible for it.
