The best "self-help" book, and book in general, I have ever read. Each chapter has a ton of mental advice to provide, and the delivery is so raw and powerful that it moves your entire soul and makes you grit your teeth with the thought of "bring it all on" blasting in your brain. In contrast to other books, every single sentence has a point and purpose, and there are no paragraphs that I felt were irrelevant information or just icing on the cake. I finished the book, all emotional by the end, and thought to myself "I am really underestimating myself, and haven't achieved nearly as much as I truly can". Now I am acting on that realization...
