A very intriguing presentation & summery. But after reading the first section, it became clear that the entire book's premise is based on pretty shaky science at best. Other parts read a bit too pseudo-science and set off my "woo-woo" alarm.
Don't get me wrong, the emergent science around the mind-body connection and our bodies' inmate intelligence is exciting and very credible. But to say that all negative emotions emanate from specific internal organs like the liver or gallbladder is a bit too much for me.
There ARE some insightful statements and nuggest of agreeable truisms made here and there. And it does give a handful of techniques (i.e. the Sway Test & the Muscle Test) that may have some utility in energy work. But it is surprisingly sparse on REAL, actionable, (or at least scientifically sound) information. It's mostly the author's opinions and anecdotal fluff.
