OMG what's missing besides Derek, go back to where you were before and take Tyra with you. Not sure what's wrong but this show isn't going to make it if things don't change. I've watched since season 1 and never thought about turning the show off till tonight. Hopefully it will get better, maybe it's no audience maybe your trying to hard but loosing Tom has hurt it all.
