This book was absolutely amazing. The characters were all lovable, and fleshed out. No detail felt wasted. It portrayed young love in a mature way vs the sometimes gross way YA novels do. The humor was timely and well executed. The story felt real, and I’m very much not a fan of time travel but the time travel In this book was more used as a tool to progress the story versus it being a focus. Jack king was a very relatable character who I personally saw myself in. Usually books push characters to the extreme, he’s either a complete loser or deeply troubled but Jack was just a normal, not that cool, corny, guy and I appreciate that. His relationship with his friends is one you’ll find yourself envying and his relationship with Kate is one you’ll hope to have. 10/10 for me LOVE THIS BOOK
