I just watched the first season of The Baxters and it’s pretty spot on. They had 2 Black characters and both were stereotypical of YT peoples views and perception of Black people. The only Black woman was an over sexualized jezabel that enticed a man into cheating on his wife. She came from a single mother and her father abandoned her. The only Black male was the individual she cheated with. He was also an alcoholic as was his father, who died of gun violence. It just goes to show you that YT people hate us and acceptance and inclusion are optical illusions. P.S. neither character made it to the final episode of the first season. If you don’t believe me watch it.
